Generator Operation Question

Suddenly my generator on my 342 won’t power my A/C. It starts and runs, but when I switch from shore power to Benny....nothing.
Any suggestions?

    Hey, welcome to the forum.  On shore power, everything is normal?  Then you switch over to the genny and it will run the microwave and other stuff, but not the air conditioner?   Do both green lights on the panel come on when you switch over from shore power to generator?  I'm wondering if there's a problem with the selector switch.

    There is a switch/breaker on the genset panel.

    My be time for a set of plugs. Does the genny stay running when the breaker is turned on?
