342 Template for Marine Mats

I have been provided the below template image for the 342.  However, the flooring company can't use the file and need something in a PDF or DXF (Auto CAD) file format.

Any advice from anyone that has put in new mats?

    Maybe someone on here has it on PDF and can send it to you.
