Dye on boat

2001 Rinker Capativa dye from new boat cover ran on boat Rub Rail. Any suggestions on removing the dye or can you tell me what material the Rub Rail is? Cover Anything refunded our money but no assistance in removing dye from our boat. Any suggestions appreciated

Maybe the sun will bleach it out over time. How bad is it? Post a couple pictures.

So its on the rubber so I dont think the sun will bleach that out. Maybe try a pencil or a pen (the white one) eraser.
