No power to my Windlass

I have a 2003 Fiesta Vee 290 and my Windlass anchor has no power.  I reset the breaker which had tripped, but still no power.  Another boater on my dock said most Windlasses have an in-line fuse and probably that blew.  Does anyone know where I should look for that fuse on my boat?  Any help would be appreciated.
