320 Fiesta Vee v-berth water leak

I'm desperate for a solution for A leak occurring on starboard side of v-berth. It's soaking wet. I've silicone around the windlass - I've notched out small section of drain plug in anchor locker - blew out drain line - caulked under and around starboard running light, caulked above and below window and last night caulked between fiberglass and top side white rubber bub rail... Anything else I can do before next monsoon?
