Got new solar panels up, all black looks great against the blue canvas vs the old ones that were white.

I also upgraded the solar controller.

Also got struts installed for the storage area in the aft. Upholsterer is working on side panels and covers for the cushions. Coming along nicely!

For anyone who is trying to match 13 year old faded 330/350 gel coat using Spectrum Patch Paste, I found that mixing a small amount of Rinker Sand White with the Rinker White White makes for a great match.

Additionally, the head/shower stall are Sand White.
I have a quarter size gouge in my gelcoat and a yards worth of battle scars behind it. Not sure how much of this combo I would need on my 05 360 FV, which likely is the same colors

Built a collapsing backrest for the bow lounger. I don’t have @larea or @rando3113 skills but I think this will work. Would have preferred regular (not non-skid) starboard for the project but this is what they had in stock.

I will reduce the thickness of the foam in the cushion by 1.25” to account for the backrest underneath.

Very nice!  Do you stow the pad, or leave it on the bow?

I had a cover made so I leave the cushions on the bow. I might add a strap with some domes to hold it down though in the event that the cushions are stowed.

I removed my wiper arms today. Gotta say that the boat looks a lot better!

@LaRea did you remove the motors as well? If not, did you cap the spindles somehow?

Did the same thing earlier in the season. Can't believe I waited so long to do it.

Got a chrome cap from Amazon...

Well those are pretty perfect! Thanks @TonyG13

Port wiper motor is easy to remove as its above an access panel in the head. I might do it - just wish it wasn’t non-skid there or I could fill the hole perfectly.

They do sit a little high, but I'm probably the only one bothered by it. The Admiral didn't even notice I took off the wiper.  I'll try to get a pic tomorrow so you can see how it fits.

No, I didn't remove the motor.  Still considering whether I can find a better wiper arm.

I moved the bumper on the walk thru window so that it lands exactly on the wiper nub. Should be perfect.

I may try to find or fashion a wiper arm for starboard. To be continued…

Here's a pic of the wiper cap. Like I said, wish it would be more flush with the deck, but I think no one else even notices...

Thanks! It looks better than a naked spindle for sure.

What’s normal in terms of fuel flow deviation?

Yours is 5% different at WOT ... I'd say that's within normal tolerance.

There is about a 5% difference at low speed too.  Will change the plugs this weekend and see where things end up.

New plugs helped.  Port motor also runs better when getting up on plane.  Good enough!

…because the white glow of the Rinker logo was not flattering to the Admiral!

Love SharkBite fittings. Redid my entire plumbing system on our old Maxum with SharkBite - never had a problem.

I installed about 80 of them this winter.  Only had two leak -- user error, I didn't push them in far enough.
