Standing Water in Toilet Window?

Every time it rains i get water standing in the window.  Should this be draining off? The window tilts inwards so it naturally pools.  This is on a 03 342.

Yup, that's how it is on the 342.  Al said he's replaced these with fixed portlites and added a vent blower to the head.

Same issue on my 242.

Yeah, there aren't many options other than training yourself to expect a splash when you open the window.

Same on my 342. I just make sure and sop it up with a towel.
