Rinker contact....

I need to contact Rinker and see if they have record of the engine serial number for our boat- anyone have a contact there that might be able to get me in the right direction? The decal on the throttle body cover is messed up and you can't read it and I can't seem to see it on the back of the motor.....thx!

@rasbury, the phone numbers that have worked for me have been: 1-888-463-3739 and 1-574-522-8381 and 1-574-970-5184 The parts extension number used to be #5180.

@Cableguy Greg, I went to the site and requested Rinker's new product brochure for 2016 when it's available. I did not see any mention of Bennington Boats so I assume that the Rinker product lines may be stand alone. I guess time will tell. It would be interesting to know what Rinker dealers have in the way of 2016 brochures to show potential customers as I would think this is prime order time?

Rinker has new owners so I doubt its nauticglobalgroup any more. I think Cindy has left Rinker......

that no longer is a working email...you would think they would have left it alone and she seemed to be a major person at that brand....anyone have any other contact suggestions?

Try @rinkerboats.com instead of @nauticglobalgroup.com It might just work. Last I read they were doing everything to distance the brand from Nautic Global Group.

yeah, that's what I thought Mark.....perhaps when they get their feet on the ground I would think someone from the company would be a go to person for this site....in the meanwhile, if anyone has suggestions of whom to contact...I will try their general mail box, perhaps that's how we find that person!

@rasbury. Did you call the numbers I gave you? Did you get an answer? I just telephoned all of the numbers. Of course it was after business hours but the voice mail said "Welcome to Highwater marine home of Rinker......" So, did they take your call? .....and is the new company called Highwater Marine????? Very interesting!

The email above for Terri did work and she replied- that she could not release the info! So, I am sending her my license, registration in hopes she can get permission to give me the engine serial number- not sure why that is so top secret but will do what I need to get it!

Wow, that used to be fairly easy to get from Rinker. Maybe databases were lost or worse during the corporate changes of the past few years.

I would suppose with all the privacy law suits etc. is the reason...she said they do have the records...
