Head Shower

The head shower handle stop flowing a shower spray. Its now like a faucet flow. Any ideas why? I have taken it apart and still the same. I don't really see an adjustment for the flow. Help!

Mine turns side to side at the aerator. Pretty obvious little flipper though. Perhaps yours pulls/pushes in and out as suggested by @Handymans342 ?

This is the one I have. Mine pulls out also. Holy Mackerel. So I wonder if I'm not pulling it out far enough to engage the spray?

Try turning that little knob on the side of the handle up near the aerator.

I feel I have turned everything that will turn and I get the same flow, no shower spray as I have before.

That one needs to be pulled out to get the shower spray.

Does anyone know of a replacement for the head shower faucet? I have the pull out one in my 342, but when I first tried using it, pretty much fell apart

Maybe I'm not pulling it out all the way, you're saying. I do pull it away from the faucet housing

@Handymans342 I get good water flow, its just flowing like out of the regular faucet not a spray

Where did you fine the head? Most have male ends and this one need a female unless I replace the line also

I'm betting you just need to pull out a bit harder. They can tend to get tough to pull, especially if left in one position for a while.

Couple of us replaced head faucet with this one. Was in Amazon Warehouse for $40 at the time.

You pull out on the head itself, that changes it from faucet to spray. The head itself has a outer chrome looking housing and it moves outward a few mm to make it go to spray. Mine cracked years ago and I found an exact match at Home Depot, link is posted here somewhere, so if it is stuck you can replace at Home Depot for around $6

I've also bought them at the dollar store. Not sure it's identical to yours, but I use it in the galley sink.

@gack on the 342 there is a separate shower but thanks for the input, I'm now thinking of upgrading me sink to yours lol

Hah, I feel like a idiot. I have been taking a shower for years with the stream. I had no idea this head was adjustable after i attempted to turn the head. I never tried pulling out on it. Just did, works like a charm. I am looking forward to my morning shower!
