  Mine was acting funny (slow and jumpy) so I sprayed some wd-40 on the hinges and it works fine now.............. Just say'n

  grease the actuator too. Fitting at the bottom.

  I needed a flexible tube on my grease gun to reach the fitting on the actuator.

  Buy a flexible extension tube and put it on the zerk fitting and ty-rap the tube to where you can reach it and leave it there to make it easier for future grease.
