  Your drive is overheating.  You might need to add a driver shower.

  Could be a sign of a bad bearing. Does the fluid have a burnt smell?

  not sure, smells like gear lube, guess I should have it pulled and maybe do a pressure test

  If you have it pulled out and drain the fuild this give you a better idea.

  If the drives were overhreating from working hard, then they would both be pushing out fluid. Since only one os pushing out fluid, that one is generating more heat than the other one, meaning there is a problem with that drive. My guess is you have a bearing going bad.
