Windlass Anchor

I recently purchased a 2019 Q3 3 months later the Windlass anchor is not working. I am hoping it is a fuse, would anyone be able to assist me in locating it. Since the company I bought it from wants me to drive the boat over a hour a way to fix it.

There should be a breaker at the helm and a second one at the battery switch location. The one at the switch location might be tripped.

We pressed the button at the switch but nothing.

@dman121 Normally the breaker at the helm is a bar that swings up and down. It's much larger than the little push button breakers. Like this:

So is this the actual photo of what the beaker should look like, cause I know exactly where it is. But the yellow is up, not like in the picture.

Make sure it is well pushed back "up", press the red and reset the yellow. It should click in, I thought ours was an issue once when the there was no power and the yellow was not fully home. You may have knocked the red button enough to release the yellow but it looks closed.
Also as @Cableguy Greg suggested there may be a popper in the battery box tripped.

Ok, so push the red, then swing the yellow all the way up?

Yes sir. Should make a definite click when the yellow is reset correctly.

Check the second breaker. It should be where the battery switch is located at.
