Manifolds

Next on my shopping list is manifolds, risers etc.
Some are described as dry joint and some not. It sounds obvious but what does that mean and which should I buy?
I have a 2003 FV 250 with Mercruiser 5L V8 MPI & Bravo 3.

    You should be able to shop on various parts sites with your serial number- I did mine on my 350 mpi- did all that research but be danged if I can remember the difference-
