Helm chair

Hello guys talking to a guy going to put new seats in my boat. The problem is how do I take the helm chair out of the 2002 342 Fiesta vee? He said I would have to take part of the ceiling down is this true? 
Please help the unknowing! Thanks

    You have to remove the cockpit refrigerator and you should be able to remove it from there.

    I hope you’re right the upholstery guy is pretty sat on the idea of there being 2 bolts in the ceiling and he wants me to remove them. The refrigerator sounds much easier.
