The time has come for me to move on and get a bigger boat! Moose Tracks has served me phenomenally well, but our family of 5 now needs an express cruiser. Happy to answer any questions. :)

I'd also welcome any constructive feedback on the listing & asking price, as I don't want to be way off on something and not realize it. What do you guys see these going for in your area?

    Thanks. I've had some interest, but no one to buy it yet. Part of me hopes it doesn't sell and we get another summer with it.

    BTW anyone use Boat Trader as a seller? Its been really disappointing how many fake buyers and outright scammers are on there. I feel ripped off so far for the $250 I paid for the listing.

    Yeah I started there, but it seems like either I'm priced too high or the cooler and rainy weather hasnt got people looking yet. I still see alot of the same boats listed, so I think its a slow market right now. :/

    Boat Trader is a complete waste of money.  I use Facebook Marketplace, and good ol Craigslist to sell stuff.   But here's a tip......NEVER put your number into the database of Craigslist.  And don't put it in "code" in your ad either. The scammers can figure out your mis-spelling or tricky ways to present your number.  Instead.....write your cell phone down on a piece of paper, take a picture of it, and use that in your gallery of photos.  That trick has eliminated most of the RiffRaff for me.

    Thanks, yeah Boattrader has been a waste of money so far. And I didnt publish my number on Craigslist, as I know the scammers are out in droves there as well.

    Time will tell, and the weather here hopefully will be more boating friendly next week :)
