Boating 1st for me

Went to boat last Thursday to do end of the year chores before planned pull on Friday.  Woke up Friday morning to find frost on the boat.  1st time I've seen frost on any boat of mine in 39 years of boating.

    It gets better with snow.  I’ve had the white stuff on mine on St patty’s day once.  I guess it may have uncovered too early.😜

    love the frost!  That means you are getting great use of your boat

    When I was just a kid, we would always make a November fishing trip for my Dad's friend.  I remember LOTS of mornings, waking up to a sleeping bag soooo crusty with frost!  Definitely some chilly mornings. I am definitely a fair weather boater these days haha

    Our docks come out 1st November weekend and 2 years ago we had to spread salt to walk on them to then crane out.

    It's been a really hot summer...I've been busy with projects since I retired...but, I've a good list of items purchased it will be time to install. I need to figure a place to store my camper pck at home as the mold is getting to it...I have a pretty big shed but it is stuffed!
