  From their own FAQs it's basically a bleach followed up with a neutralizer:
  
  

  "Does Xanigo Marine Mold & Mildew Stain Remover contain bleach?"
  
  

  "Our Mold & Mildew Stain Remover is a sodium hypochlorite-based product which is extremely effective at removing mold stains but is considered a harsh chemical. The goal is to only use this product ONE TIME. Once the mold stains are removed, rinse with water and use our Waterless Wash to neutralize the stain remover so it doesn't harm your stitching. Then apply the water-based Mold & Mildew Preventer to stop it from coming back!"

  
  Personally I would not use bleach on leather or vinyl.

  And on the leather/vinyl I have used it on, I've not had any mildew return, going on two years.

  @TonyG13 thanks for the reply. The thing that caught my attention was the was the "Preventer". It would be nice to clean the spots and not have them come back.

  @raybo3 - We had a thread about this a couple of years ago, but I can't find it. Bleach is fine for mold on non-porous service and horrible for porous surfaces like leather/vinyl.
  
  The mold spores actually retreat from the bleach and just dive deeper into the surface, only to come back later. Not sure how the Xanigo preventer would work.
  
  The 303 Mold remover I've been using seems to do pretty well in cleaning and keeping it from coming back.

  I swear by this stuff in the bilge and non porous surfaces. Would probably be too harsh on vinyl, maybe good if it’s diluted.

  Mold armor is what i need..I have major cleaning to do...so is the mold armor ok to use?
