  I cant believe how much the cabin changed from my 2007 to the 2009. Crazy. Looks very good Lobo. Is that actual hardwood?

  I made the steps out of oak 1 inch thick.  Be carefull when bolting in place not to damage the steps.  Followed the patern of the existing steps

  how hard was it to remove the carpeting?  we were just talking about doing this while opening the boat up this past weekend?  I am more concerned about that part than the reinstall?
