  I always used fogging oil in carbed engines. Geez we used to spray and pour it down the carbs until the engine stalled. You should have seen the smoke. The EPA would shoot us now for doing that. I used the fuel stabilizer with fogging oil in my last two fuel injected engines and it worked great as far as I know. BUT I was told NOT to use it in any engine with a catalytic converter as it can screw-up the catalyst "bricks" and the O2 sensors.

  Thanks Michael, I wasn't even thinking of the catalytic converters, which I have.

  @seguir I should have added that I DO use Starbrite gas winterizing treatment and Starbrite gas treatment (in the summer) - comes in the blue bottles, but I do not use ant product with a fogging component.

  That is all I have been using as well (Starbrite treatment-blue bottle), both during the summer (every fill up) and the past two winters with no problems.  The store where I buy my supplies from recommended the starbrite ez to store product and it was not sitting right with me.  After your comment I did confirm that you were correct in saying the product is not good for catalytic converters.
