  Take pictures as you go. Make notes. I never had any luck rebuilding a carb. There always seem to be some passage that never gets clean.

  I like to use Youtube for advice. It helps me make the decision between 'DIY' and 'better left to the pros'. There is usually a ball and spring assembly that never fails to shoot out on to the floor. Good luck!  Paul

  I love youtube university. I got nervous about doing the rebuild and looked up a few vids. Not to be rude, but if some of the anti-rocket scientist doing the carb rebuilds can do it, then so can I.
