Engine hatch weatherstrip

First timer on the site... I picked up a 2001 270 FV last summer and have been picking away at the to-do list ($$).  I need to replace the "bulb" weatherstrip of gasket that seals off the engine compartment from the hinged seat. Does anyone know of availability for this? Thanks in advance
