  I would do an internet search for ones that are for sale and go from there. Skipper Bud's maybe?

  The 320EX is the new version of the 310EC. I doubt that you are going to find any 2016 320EX's since there probably weren't very many made. You might be able to find a few 2016 310EC's around. Try Happy Days Boating in Ohio or Hideaway Yacht Sales in MI. They might have what you are looking for. Hideaway has a new 2015 310EC in stock.

  My guess from memory.  2002 to 2006.  A few were built in 2007 I think
