need help with a 2002 Rinker 350 with a Murcuriser out drive it will not shift into gear.

Any suggestions where to start, if the cable is broke can you shift it manually

    Does your lever move at all or is it seized. If it moves have someone look at your engine to see if its shifting their. Possible it may be a broken or seized cable depending on your findings. If its moving at the drive well then your issue is deeper
