I have a Rinker Fiesta Vee 320 Cruiser and I need to access the sink area in the head? How?

The access has screws which I have removed but the panel did not want to come out. Is there something I am doing wrong?

    The panel probably has sealant around it to keep it water tight. Try using a blade to get a corner up, then use fishing line to cut the rest of it.
