Mystery Box Like Structure in Engine Room

Anyone have any idea what the rectangular box next to the battery charger is? There are no wires or anything connected to it and I can't get to the other side of it. This is on a 360. Thanks.

Do the two holes have screws in them mounting the block or are they threaded holes? It almost looks like something was or should be mounted to it?

Not the Fireboy, it is on the centre line over holding tank. Threaded holes, although I am not at the boat so am not 100% sure. Looks like it was factory installed, due to reflective wall covering neatly done. If no one has a similar box, must have been done by previous owner. I'll inspect more when I launch and report back.
