2001 242 rinker bench seat

Does anyone have info on how to repair the mechanism for the bench seat.  Its not sitting right?

    Are you talking about the captains seat that folds down? When I first got my boat I had to spray all of the slides with lube to get it to work correctly.

    yes, that's the seat.  I think mine is malfunctioning, and the captains part of the bench seat leans forward, as if someone put weight on in when it was folded down.  I'm just looking for any info, diagrams or anything for this boat.  New to boating, and am now a bit worried I bit off more than I can chew...lol
