Trim indicator not working with new sending units and gauge

So I change both of the sensors on the out drive and the gauge but the gauge indication is still all over the place. I know the system works on resistance which leaves me to believe there is an issue in the wire harness somewhere between the gauge and where the sensors hook up. I’m trying to find this wire harness. Anyone have an leads on where to find one?
