Gauges lights

Again I am polling the audience for an answer.  My gauge light dont work. Only the depth gauge light is constantly on but none of the gauge lights work either with nav light on or off. The panel has Merc monitor installed by the previous owner but not sure if this has anything to do with it.  I am thinking of jumping a wire from the depth gauge to the light wire on every gauge.
Any input is appreciated.

Check power to the dimmer switch on the dash

switch is good, there is power to the dimmer module, so the module was bad. $15 from great lakes skipper. Thanks

Where is the dimmer module? Mine stopped working last year.

plugged into the wire bundle right behind the rocker switches.About the size of a stack of 15 quarters.
