taking on water from the air conditioner pump

put the boat in today and discovered water comming in from the pump it looks like a plastic insert is missing one side has it the other it’s not there I cleaned that bilge out in the spring when I replaced the shower pump but didn’t notice anything

    Some of the pumps have a flow control knob?  Maybe that where it should be.

    The hole is there for manufacturing. I had that exact leak when my boat was new. Likely water froze and popped it out. Unless you can find the plug and glue it back in, you will probably have to replace the pump. That was my solution (dealers).

    I had this happen - marina pumped too hard and popped them. Couldn’t find them at West Marine (didn’t think I would) but went back to boat to clean out the bilge where the water gathered and low and behold I found both. Have a good look around, you may find it - white against the white bilge hard to see.
