‘03 270FV Swim Platform Soft Spots

I have a 2003 FV 270 with a Swim Platform that has developed a few soft spots near the transom hatch in between the supports. There are some very fine cracks in the top fiberglass and there are cracks in the bottom where I believe water has gotten in that looks to have caused the problem. Has anyone dealt with this? My bottom paint is eight years old but I just had a diver clean the bottom and he says it looks great and should last me another season after this one at least. I planned on getting the swim platform worked in when the boat comes out for a bottom job but I don’t want anyone falling through in the meantime.
