My 2005 342 was winterized by others.  after my attempt to De-winterize, I  cant get any water flow through the A/C unit, I assume there is a seacock somewhere that I just need to open. Is there a seacock and if so, where is it located?

    From memory -- I think it's under the mid-berth.

Yes under the mid-berth cushions on the port side.  It's next to the pump.  I believe the shut-off for the head is under there too.

Took a little while to figure out what it was filtering out.

Yep thru Hull for ac and head are next to each other just aft of the shower sump box under the aft cushions, port side. The ac usually needs som whelp priming come spring. Mine primes by running the boat on plane with the thru Hull open. You also can prime by pulling the output hose off of the pump and starting it, when the water comes out of the pump jam the hose back on and you should be primed.
