New Bravo 3 outdrive delivered with Oil

Hi.

I have got A brand new in box Bravo 3 outdrive. 
I is delivered with oil in the outdrive. 
Can I just mount the outdrive and go for a drive, or do I have to chance the oil before?

Is there anything I should pay attention to when useing a brand new outdrive.

My drive came with oil in it I just put it on and went Make sure to fill the reservoir on the motor

don't forget the break in procedure!!!!

is it required?  some will say no... some will say yes just as certainly... question i have is: if you're going to drop coin on something as expensive as that, why not take the precaution and break it in?

you can google various methods.  the basis is don't take it to WOT for the first 20 hours... don't old a steady speed an extended period- vary the speed instead.

You bought a brand new drive with oil...ask the company you purchased it from.

Normaly i see somre very nice answers for here, so I am sorry to ask if that is the answer i Can get.

I unbox the outdrive today and discovered that there was oil in the outdrive.
Today i holiday in Denmark, so I can`t ask the Company, that`s the reson for asking here.

To be safe you can drain it and refill it.  Sorry to not have a better answer.
