Thought it was time to upgrade my cockpit table.  I made contact with a guy from FB Marketplace, who makes tabletops out of reclaimed bowling alleys.  He sections the wood to your size requirement, trims it out in dark walnut, and level coats it with polyurethane.   After the season is over I am thinking of installing a couple of recessed cup holders.  But I'm up in the air about cutting that beautiful wood.   The table now coordinates well with the flooring.

Very nice!  I have a workbench made out of flooring from an old bowling alley. It not only has the surface boards, but the boards underneath.  Extremely heavy, but very durable!  It took six 4X4 posts to hold it up.
