Port Engine wont restart

2008 Rinker 320 ex , Port engine wont restart after having it in gear.  Starboard starts evertime. Any suggestions?

    Neutral cut off  switch sticking? If you shift in and out of gear a bunch of times and/or jiggle the shift handle does it start?

    Could be the starter solenoid

    So if clicking, some power is getting to starter. Could be weak battery, loose connection at starter, solenoid or bendix. Hard to reach, but if you check starter cable connection and it's good you can try tapping the starter while someone turns the key, might get it to kick in. Carefully of course.
    Any better if you turn battery switch to all batteries?
