Do yourself a favour and order the removal tool , it is slick and saves frustration. If you get two of them, they are designed to aid in the removal of the switches when that task arises, but you'll need two then.

If this does not look good, I have a thread titilef new switch covers and I'm sure you can search the site and find it..there were a couple sites...
