Slave Solenoid

I have a 2002 342 FV with 5.7 Mag's. Does anyone know where the slave solenoid is located? Part number? Thanks in advance for any info.......

    Agreed...the online parts catalog is very helpful.  Possibly located on the same bracket as the main breaker.  Possible part number 96158T.

     Very common part.  Same relay as the trim. You should carry one extra as a spare at all times on the boat

    So should I spend the $27.61 and get the Quicksilver or should I go for the Sing F LTD and only spend $12.39........ PS......... I know what I am going to do just want to get others opinion.....lol

    I would do the quicksilver or the Sierra one.

    We only install the Quicksilver brands for the relays.  The Chinese crap only last about 1 season maybe.

    Ray just behind the throttle body.    Note, always disconnect/shut off batteries when replacing electrical items.  One wire is live and can arc very easily

    I can attest that it will spark very easily....def disconnect the batteries as I recall, it's hot with the batteries turned off...
