It was a hella storm.  I've never seen such intense rain here.  It's not unusual for us to get a bit of standing water on the roads in heavy rain, but it was everywhere.  We got 4" of rain in an hour.  The Beltway was shut down with a jack-knifed truck that spilled fuel.  It was crazy.
