Several electrical issues

I have an issue with the following:
   Bilge trips circuit breaker immediately.
   Tach does not work
   Radio does not work

The bilge and radio were working until last couple weeks. Radio went first then bilge.

I need help with the circuitry in a 1999 Flotilla deck boat and access to bilge(s).


Ideas??

  As you know there is not a wiring diagram. But a color chart. You have a short somewhere.
