1992 Captiva 206 storage are holding water (rain)..is there a drain

? New two boats just purchased 1992 Rinker Captiva 206. Trailered ithome doing some cleaning and detailing while I pull and install new motor. Boat is in very good shape overall always stored indoors et cetera. Outside at my house in the rain no cover. Storage area between front seats had several inches of water. I scooped it out could not see any drain. Any advice?
