bilge fan hose end cap on gunwale. 342 Rinker FV

Anyone know what the PVC cap/end/ fitting is called?  Trying to google where to buy four. They mount on the gunwale.  They hold the hose that runs from the bilge fan.  The four of mine on my 2005 FV have long since gotten brittle and fallen apart. Cant find any brand markings at this point.

I want to do mine too, not because broken but allow water in. There are others in stainless plus have better shaping to reduce or eliminate water as well as bug filters/screens. I think there’s a couple of other threads here on these.

I had AL ring spacers made to help with the water intrusion. Not perfect, but helped a lot!
