Replacement Microwave

I'm looking to replace the microwave on my 2006 320 hopefully with a convection microwave without cutting up the shelf/surround too much.   Anybody done this or have recommendations?   Thanks

    I did this on my 342. Made a stainless heat shield for the back. When I test on my kitchen table it seam to warm and the vinyl behind it I was nervous.

    reneechris14, how did you get the old Microwave out?  Mine is either unplugged or has shot craps.

    There is 4 screws coming up from the cabinet below. These screws hold a piece of 1/4 inch plywood to the bottom of the nuker. Push the nuker back an inch and take out the black starboard piece in front then you can work it out.
