Cool today and some rain. But still all good. On a 3 day trip. Anchored out last night but windy and some rain today so went to the Port of Orillia.

Unfortunately I have not been out this Labor Day weekend. My brother in law was in a serious motorcycle accident in Tennessee and I drove down to pick up my sisters bike and their trailer. I was also at the ICU because at one point, things didn't look good at all. Fortunately he was wearing a helmet, a riding jacket, another jacket because it was cool out and Kevlar pants. The safety equipment saved his life. I am back in the 'burgh and I hope to get out today.

Hope he has a full recovery .had a few close calls myself haven’t been on a street bike in years .this weekend finally launched sailboat that I bought on eBay put a $100 dollar bid and won it

We spent Sunday (a.k.a. Second Saturday) on the Potomac above Georgetown, and had a spectacular day. Not so for the 'toon pictured below. He was high and dry on a rock, with many hours to wait before the next tide.

Sweet looking little sailboat! Those are so much fun! Those day sailors will teach you how to sail fast and efficiently.
