Can anyone provide me with the GM timing cover part number for a 2004 VP 5.7 L engine?

    96 up vortec 5.0 and 5.7 should be the same

    If you have the crank sensor the holley cast 21-150 (21-152 without sensor) would work. Can also be had oem gm(who makes it for volvo penta), dorman and many other aftermarket providers. I believe advanced auto, rock auto, eBay and Amazon are all options.

    Pretty much all 96 up boats will have a factory vortec engine.
