Module in dash???

So I didn't take a picture but there is some kind of module behind the gauge panel of my 2005 300 FV. It is about the size of a cupholder with 2 sets of plugs in it. Someone said it may be a synchronizer module but I cannot find any pics that look like it. Anybody?
