I had the toilet in our 342 out yesterday to replace the motor and the flange of the toilet is secured to the floor with course thread screws into the fiberglass and (I assume) plywood backing.

These are tapered screws so nothing on the back side that I could tell. Both the supply and return had some play and give but I did not tug on them to see how much extra was there. Good luck.
