Captiva 212 Fuel Filler

I have a '96 Captiva 212. The external fuel filler door broke off. Is there a direct replacement assembly? If not, can I simply use a standard readily available unit like a Perko with a 1-1/2" (I think) tube? Would I need an angled neck or would straight work?

I think a flush mount solution would be good because I always see lines snagging on my gas cap trying to pull it open.
