29QX Engine Hatch won't open

My engine hatch won't open when I press the switch. is the a fuse box some where?

    Assuming battery dead? Should be a 12V extension terminals located under the rear flip up bench seat to pwr the engine hatch.
    If it's a popped fuse - think the fuse panel is under the helm station.

    No battery is fine.  boat starts runs great all of the other switches work just not the hatch. It does have the override in the back but would like to know what the problem is before taking it the dealer and wasting there time for a fuse. lol
