I have a 280 ec  in the cabine there is a switch with vacu flush written on it . but can t figure out what it actually does .

It likely turns on your vacu flush pump for the toilet.  If system is already pressurized it won’t pump.  When you depressurize system (flush) or it depressurizes itself from slow leak, pump will automatically turn on (10-20 seconds) to pressurize system again.
