WoW, I never would’ve guessed that! I just looked them up. They make different designed ones that look like they will be easier to install. Thanks @reneechris14 ! Yes, it keeps me up, I love to fiddle with things ⚓️.
Received my new cleat drains, a lot better design than the originals. I might remove the clear 1/4 inch tube and use a 3/8 ID tube over the black nub, it will probably prevent clogging when draining into the bilge.
When I run the drain lines I’m not sure if I should run them to the bilge or tap them into a through hull near the stern? I want to keep as much water out of the bilge as possible. How much water do you think these will let in during a heavy rain? When I first got the boat, I did have to vacuum water that was sitting in the swim platform. Does anyone have a picture of where the factory ran the drain lines (I’m sure it was direct to the bilge).
I would drain them into the bilge. There isn't enough water coming in to be concerned about it. My pop ups don't have those. I might have to invest in a pair.

I test fitted the adapter and hose today for the cleat drain, everything fits as it should. Does anyone know of a sealant that will cure to silicone? If not I’ll have to put a stainless cotter pin through the hose and adapter to keep the hose secure.
I just tested the fit with a tie wrap and was surprised at how tight it was to pull off (used a tie wrap tool to really pull it tight). I think the silicone has some grip to it and the tie wrap pressure really makes the two pieces stick to each other. It should be fine installed like this.
I swear by "Pliobond". Excellent adhesive resistant to gas, oil, grease, etc. adheres to just about anything. I use it for high pressure air hose fittings, I got my headliner in an Audi A-4 stuck back up when a $250.00 trip to the upholstery professional failed. When the stitching on the velcro on my Access roll up cover on my pick up bed started going bad, I applied Pliobond along both sides (13ft) and it was strong as the original stitched strips, if not more so. Good stuff!
Your access cover has a really good warranty. They have shipped me those Velcro strips for free in the past. You may want to give them a call. You will need the serial number of your cover, its on the front head rail,
