Need advice on my B3

This past weekend I was maneuvering in and out of my slip and notice more than normal vibration in my drive when it was turned all the way to the left or right.  Everything seemed smooth otherwise except when turned all the way in either direction.  Any ideas before I take it in to be looked at?

Thanks!

    how high were you trimmed?
  • If trimmed normally, I believe it could be your gimbal bearing or u-joints.  Someone will reply with a definitive answer.

This is happening with the trim all the way down.  I just had the gimbal replaced last season. Everything seems fine except when I cut the wheel hard left or right (at idle speed)

just a maybe..... you said you had the gimbal replaced.... was the steering linkage altered or not aligned? .... reason I ask: in some cases, a left and right limit may be of use.. you may be simply turning to a too severe angle for your drive linkage, and because the steering linkage needs to be aligned/limited..

edited to add: I just read where the b3 should have no more than 56* from stop to stop... I don't have a clue how you could measure that- but that is what is within specs. :-)
  • Not sure if the linkage was altered at all, but this issue just started the other day. It's been fine since the begging of the season.

    Appreciate the input!

could it be the power steering screaming because it's too far left or right?
